  My Old Counter 

After giving the person (or company) many chances to have them fix the problem ... I finally had to dump my old counter. (I have no use for things that do not work.) 

But I don't believe in throwing anything away. Maybe they will fix things, and maybe they won't, I really do not care. However, as part of my normal method of keeping close and accurate records, I give my old counter here. (History ... or curiosity? Take your pick.)
